Luxul offers mortise Locks and bar locks for tambour doors. Either lock can be supplied pre-fitted in your tabour door. The handle is supplied in two pieces, one for each side of the lock.
Mortise locks
Mortise locks are normally positioned in the centre of the tambour door.
An escutcheon plate (supplied) needs to be fitted into the benchtop.
Bar locks
Bar locks are also positioned in the centre of the tambour door.
A bar extends to each side of the tambour door avoiding the necessity for an escutcheon plate in the benchtop.
