The Luxul tambour doors swing handle is designed for accessing high shelving behind tambour doors. It is particularly suitable for cabinets that open to more than 1750 mm above floor height.
The swing handle can be installed left or right handed, depending upon your preference. It does not have to be centre of the door as it also works well off centre.
Shelving must be set back a minimum of 50 mm from the front edge of the gable to allow clearance for the Swing Handle to function properly. Minimum cabinet opening width required is 465 mm.
If centre mortice lock is fitted, minimum cabinet opening width required is 965 mm. The swing handle can not be used in conjunction with a bar lock.
